Draft service terms

Draft placeholder only — not an operative service agreement. Final terms, approvals and legal review are required before any service can be used.

This website is a static display and consultation route. It does not accept rent or service fees, create an agreement, record a signature, perform identity verification, receive source-of-funds material or issue payment instructions.

  • The six-step pathway is proposed only and depends on confirmation of the applicable UK service scope, specific customer-funds arrangements, [KYC provider], operations and final terms.
  • The landlord confirmation letter and UTC signature timestamp described in the pathway are demonstrations only.
  • Use of any future service would remain optional.

Standard £299/year excl. VAT (£358.80 incl. VAT) · Premium £399/year excl. VAT (£478.80 incl. VAT) are proposed annual service fees, separate from rent. The final terms must define eligibility, seven service areas, payment service level, timing, partner charges, supported currencies, FX charges, exceptions and operating start date.

  • No external-transfer timing, service result, identity-check time or guarantor outcome is guaranteed in this draft.
  • Premium’s family authorisation, transparent-rate partner support, remaining-rent assistance and possible guarantor-route benefit remain subject to final conditions.
  • The tenant would receive verified account details, amount, reference and SWIFT/BIC only after future verification.

A remaining-rent return is separate from a service-fee refund. Proposed refund rule, refund cost to be confirmed and subject to final-terms review: [A full refund is available before identity verification begins; once verification has begun, the verification cost of £__ is non-refundable.]

  • The bracketed wording is not in force and requires approval in the final terms.
  • Premium priority assistance with remaining rent does not bypass disputes, required checks or terms and does not guarantee a date.
  • Under the proposed arrangement, rent would be deposited into an APA escrow account. Our payments partner, Atlantic Partners Asia PS Limited (APA / Atlantic Partners Asia, Hong Kong), would arrange monthly rent payments under the agreement. The company holds Money Service Operator (MSO) licence no. 20-12-02993, issued by the Hong Kong Commissioner of Customs and Excise. RentBuddy does not hold client funds. Live funding and monthly payments are not enabled on this website. The UK service scope, customer-funds arrangements and final agreements must be confirmed before launch. The Hong Kong MSO licence is not a UK payment-services authorisation.
