For landlords, agents and BTR operators
A planned monthly rent pathway
See the future pathway before deciding whether to discuss it. This static preview does not create a payment instruction, account verification or commitment.
Your role in the six-step pathway
The tenant’s future pathway includes landlord input at step 02 and a demonstration record at step 03. The landlord would provide the property, tenancy period, monthly rent and receiving account; RentBuddy would verify the details before any release.
- The payment-arrangement confirmation letter and UTC signature timestamp are demonstrations only; no agreement is signed on this website.
- The future pathway also includes [KYC provider] identity preparation and an applicant source-of-funds explanation before any rent instruction.
- No property, tenancy, receiving-account or payment details should be sent through this enquiry form or by email.
One month at a time, with no landlord service fee
No landlord service fee is proposed. In a future live arrangement, the landlord would receive no more than one month’s rent on a due date, after the required verification and terms are in place.
- External transfer timing depends on the confirmed partner, checks and operational conditions; no punctual-transfer commitment is made here.
- A monthly receipt and annual payment record are proposed. Premium also proposes a payment confirmation letter for a future landlord.
- This preview shows no live transaction, balance, landlord portal or payment record.
Tenant packages and end-of-tenancy support
Standard £299/year excl. VAT (£358.80 incl. VAT) · Premium £399/year excl. VAT (£478.80 incl. VAT). The tenant’s annual service fee is separate from rent. Premium may include family-authorisation features, transparent-rate partner support, a dispute evidence pack and priority assistance with remaining rent.
- Priority assistance does not bypass a dispute, required checks or final terms, and it does not guarantee a date.
- Returning remaining rent and refunding a service fee are separate matters; the proposed refund rule remains subject to confirmation and formal-terms review.
- Use remains optional for every tenancy.
