Under the proposed arrangement, rent would be deposited into an APA escrow account. Our payments partner, Atlantic Partners Asia PS Limited (APA / Atlantic Partners Asia, Hong Kong), would arrange monthly rent payments under the agreement. The company holds Money Service Operator (MSO) licence no. 20-12-02993, issued by the Hong Kong Commissioner of Customs and Excise.

RentBuddy does not hold client funds. Live funding and monthly payments are not enabled on this website. The UK service scope, customer-funds arrangements and final agreements must be confirmed before launch. The Hong Kong MSO licence is not a UK payment-services authorisation.

This service is optional and is never a condition of any tenancy. Landlords receive no more than one month's rent at a time, on the rent due date.
